|
If your product is subjected to
harsh environments, we've got you covered - literally. We can
encapsulate your circuits through a variety of methods including
conformal coating, dipping, and potting based on your exact needs.
|
Conformal Coating
Electronic Design uses acrylic resins to conformally coat PCBs
because it provides superior toughness and abrasion resistance.
It's an excellent insulator, is moisture resistant, and can be easily
soldered through for repairing. It is also easily removed.

Electrical Potting
Electronic Design uses an epoxy resin for
electrical potting because it has excellent dielectric properties,
mechanical strength, and moisture resistance. It also has
excellent adhesion properties, solvent and chemical resistance and is
easy to process. |
